About

Dr. Fletcher Maye Murphy was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost in her late teens. She began her ministry shortly after her conversion. She was a faithful member of the Page Sanctuary Church of God in Christ in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma under the leadership of Elder Hosea Martin.

After her marriage to Rev. Rupert Rhodes, Sr., she evangelized for more than seven years. After his untimely death, Pastor Murphy continued faithfully to the ministry God had called her to. Shortly thereafter, she was led by the Holy Ghost out denomination into a full gospel deliverance ministry. There she received a greater understanding of God’s Word and His will.

Pastor Murphy began ministering on Tuesday nights in her living room. There remain stories to this day of a famous chair called the “Hot Seat” where many healings took place, miracles were wrought and souls were saved. Therefore, her first church was born from this living room experience.

Dr. Murphy attended Bible College under the tutor ledge of Dr. Kenneth Hagee. She furthered her studies under the guidance of Dr. Dan Grey through the ministry of Evangelist A.A. Allen in Miracle Valley, Arizona. She was one of the only female pastors to support Evangelist Allen’s many ten meetings in Oklahoma City.

In 1965, by faith, she established her first church, the Second Church of Eternal Light. She became a ground breaker for women in the ministry during the 1960’s. She continued her education while pastoring and received her doctorate degree from Kingston Bible School under Sister Fern and Dr. W.V. Grant, Sr.

In 1976, Miracle Revival Center was born and established under the laws and bylaws of the State of Oklahoma. Through much fasting and prayer the church grew. As a result, many healings and deliverance’s took place, blinded eyes were opened, the lame leaped from wheel chairs and she even experienced the dead to be raised. Shortly thereafter, the building would not accommodate the congregation and God blessed them with another building and then a larger building

In 1992, God led Pastor Murphy by the Spirit to the present location which houses the beautiful sanctuary of Miracle Revival Center, located at 901 NW 6th Street in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The church was truly lived up to the “God-inspired” name it was given. The building is a miracle, the church’s needs are met miraculously, and the Pastor lives, teaches and preaches a powerful, Spirit-filled, anointed, deliverance, miracle-working, life-changing, and faith-filled Word of GOD.

Pastor Christopher Nubine

Christopher L. Nubine began in the ministry at the tender age of 19 under the guidance of his late grandmother, Pastor Fletcher M. Murphy, at Miracle Revival Center. He attended Southwestern College of Christian Ministries during which time he met Victoria and brought forth 3 sons, Christian, Roderick, and Brandon. He remained at MRC for 10 years.

From 2001-2004, he attended Amos Memorial CME Church under his father, Pastor Johnny M. Nubine. It was after this time that he felt Gods call to open his own church. Liberty Foundation Christian Center was opened in October 2006 under the ministry of Bishop Billy K. Bamberg of South Carolina. However, following the passing of his grandmother in 2008, Rev. Nubine was appointed pastor of Miracle Revival Center where he is honored to be a servant of the Lord.
